# Mục đích - Phạm vi

## Mục đích

* Kết nối Doanh nghiệp, Ứng viên nhằm đưa thông tin tìm kiếm nhân sự, việc làm tiếp cận đúng đối tượng, giúp nâng cao sự phù hợp của nhân sự và vị trí công việc đưa ra.
* Là công cụ hiệu quả để Trường Đại học và Doanh nghiệp phối hợp thực hiện quy trình thực tập, quy trình "đặt hàng" nhân sự, đem lại sự thuận lợi trong công tác quản lý thực tập cũng như công tác tuyển dụng.

## Phạm vi

* Tất cả các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước mong muốn được tham gia tuyển dụng, "đặt hàng" nhân sự tại các cơ sở giáo dục có thể tham gia hệ thống.
* Tất cả các cơ sở giáo dục trong nước mong muốn tham gia tuyển dụng, tìm kiếm vị trí thực tập dành cho sinh viên có thể tham gia hệ thống.
* Tất cả ứng viên, sinh viên với mong muốn tìm kiếm được công việc phù hợp có thể tham gia hệ thống.
