# Xóa Hồ sơ đã nộp

**Chức năng**: Cho phép Ứng viên Xóa Hồ sơ Xin việc đã nộp.

***Lưu ý***: 

Trường hợp Ứng viên đã nộp hồ sơ nhưng chưa đăng ký lịch phỏng vấn hoặc chưa được Nhà Tuyển dụng bố trí lịch phỏng vấn thì khi Xóa Hồ sơ Xin việc của ứng viên sẽ được xóa khỏi hệ thống của ứng viên cũng như Nhà tuyển dụng.

Trường hợp Ứng viên nộp hồ sơ và đã đăng ký lịch phỏng vấn hoặc Nhà Tuyển dụng đã bố trí lịch phỏng vấn thì khi Ứng viên Xóa Hồ sơ xin việc, hồ sơ vẫn còn trên hệ thống, tuy nhiên trạng thái là “Đã tự hủy Xin việc”.

Để Xóa Hồ sơ Xin việc, thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện Hồ sơ Xin việc - Lịch phỏng vấn, bấm biểu tượng ![](/files/R0j51PZjmhXldUmQLvr4)tương ứng với hồ sơ cần xóa và chọn "Xóa hồ sơ Xin việc"

**Bước 2:** Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị giao diện Xác nhận xóa, nhấn đồng ý nếu muốn xoá
