# Hủy Slot Lịch phỏng vấn

Chức năng: Khi Slot Lịch phỏng vấn đã có ứng viên đăng ký thì nhà tuyển dụng không thể xóa lịch được, khi đó Nhà tuyển dụng có thể Hủy lịch Phỏng vấn đã có. Trường hợp Slot Lịch phỏng vấn bị hủy thì thông tin vẫn còn trên hệ thống, tuy nhiên trạng thái của Slot Lịch phỏng vấn là “Đã bị Hủy”, Ứng viên có thể theo dõi và thấy được trạng thái của Lịch.

Để hủy Slot Lịch phỏng vấn, ta thực hiện thao tác như sau:

* **Bước 1:** Tại giao diện Danh sách Lịch phỏng vấn, bấm chọn biểu tượng<img src="/files/wxvwB2h8UQak5sBHgg0p" alt="" data-size="line"> để tiến hành hủy lịch tương ứng với Slot lịch đó -> Chọn Chức năng "Hủy Slot Lịch Phỏng vấn"

Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo xác nhận hủy lịch. Bấm chọn **“Đồng ý”** nếu chắc chắn muốn hủy.

Trường hợp hủy lịch thành công, ở giao diện Danh sách Lịch Phỏng vấn sẽ hiển thị trạng thái của lịch là “Đã bị Hủy” như hình dưới đây:
