# Quản lý Vị trí làm việc (Thực tập)

**Chức năng:** Quản lý các Vị trí Làm việc (Thực tập) tại Tổ chức (thường là các Vị trí dành cho Tin đăng tuyển Thực tập).

Mỗi vị trí thực tập sẽ dành cho một nhân sự. Tức là khi một nhân sự được nhận vào thực tập thì trạng thái của vị trí đó sẽ được thay đổi thành “Không còn tuyển, đã tuyển được”.

Tại giao diện Danh sách Chức năng, chọn kênh Quản lý Đăng tuyển Thực tập 🡪 Quản lý Vị trí Làm việc (Thực tập) để hiển thị giao diện Danh sách Vị trí Thực tập:

**1.Chỉnh sửa Vị trí Thực tập**

Tại giao diện Danh sách Vị trí Làm việc (Thực tập), bấm chọn biểu tượng "nút 3 chấm ngang" tại cột chức năng tương ứng với Vị trí cần chỉnh sửa -> Tiếp tục chọn chức năng "Chỉnh sửa". Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị giao diện chỉnh sửa tương tự giao diện thêm mới. Tiến hành nhập thông tin cần chỉnh sửa rồi bấm chọn nút “Cập nhật” ở cuối giao diện để lưu lại thông tin.

**2.Xóa Vị trí Thực tập**

***Lưu ý:** Nếu một vị trí làm việc đã gắn với nhân sự hoặc đang tuyển thì hệ thống không cho phép xóa. Do đó, nếu muốn xóa vị trí làm việc phải rút nhân sự ra khỏi vị trí trước.*

Tại giao diện Danh sách Vị trí Làm việc (Thực tập) bấm vào biểu tượng "3 chấm ngang" để hiển thị chức năng của Vị trí làm việc, chọn chức năng "Xoá Vị trí Làm việc" để xoá Vị trí làm việc đã có

Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo xác nhận xóa. Bấm chọn “Đồng ý” nếu chắc chắn muốn xóa.
