# Xem Lịch sử Gửi mail

Để xem Lịch sử Gửi mail theo từng Vị trí Đăng tuyển, theo từng Hồ sơ Ứng viên, người dùng thực hiện như sau:

* **Bước 1:** 

  * **Bước 1:** Tại Danh mục Danh sách Chức năng ở bên trái, chọn kênh Liên hệ Ứng viên để hiển thị giao diện Danh sách Vị trí Đăng tuyển. Sau đó, chọn tab “Danh sách Đăng tuyển Việc làm”, “Danh sách Đăng tuyển Thực tập” hoặc "Danh sách Ứng viên tiềm năng" để xem các tin tương ứng.

  **Bước 2:** Tại giao diện Danh sách Vị trí Đăng tuyển ở trên, bấm chọn nút có text **"Có n Hồ sơ Xin việc**" ở cột Chức năng để xem Danh sách Hồ sơ Ứng viên của Tin đăng tuyển. Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị giao diện Danh sách Hồ sơ Ứng viên của Vị trí đã chọn. Bấm chọn **“Lịch sử Gửi mail”** để xem lịch sử gửi mail cho các Ứng viên của vị trí này.

Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị Danh sách Hồ sơ Xin việc cùng với thông tin các lần gửi mail theo từng Ứng viên. Bấm chọn vào nút **"n lần gửi mail"** ở cột “Số lần gửi mail” để xem thông tin cụ thể.
