# Import Danh sách Sinh viên vào Lớp

Chức năng này cho phép Giảng viên hoặc Trung tâm Việc làm của Trường đưa thông tin sinh viên lên hệ thống.

**Bước 1**: Tải xuống file mẫu

Tại giao diện Danh sách Sinh viên của Lớp, bấm chọn nút “Tải xuống file mẫu” để tải xuống file:

**Bước 2:** Nhập thông tin về sinh viên theo như yêu cầu tại file excel mẫu (những cột có dấu (\*) là bắt buộc phải nhập) rồi lưu lại thông tin.

**Bước 3**: Chọn và tải file excel đã lưu lên hệ thống.

Tại giao diện Danh sách Sinh viên của Lớp ở trên (Hình 28 – Mục 6.11.3), bấm chọn nút “Chọn file” để chọn file excel Danh sách Nhà Tuyển dụng đã lưu trong máy tính rồi bấm chọn nút “Tải lên dữ liệu” để tải file lên hệ thống:

Trường hợp thông tin các sinh viên hợp lệ, Sinh viên sẽ được tải lên thành công và hiển thị như hình dưới đây:
